The services needed for the client to meet their vocational goals are individually tailored for optimal results. We provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring services up to the time of employment and we continue services after work has begun.

1. Skills Assessment

Skill assessment to determine the individual’s soft and hard skills, as well as transferable skills

2. Pre-Employment Training

Instruction on grooming, punctuality, attendance and other job readiness skills assisting the client with the development of natural supports (Community resources)

3. Job Development

Assisting the client in locating potential employers well suited to his or her employment goals and skills

Redesigning or creating a job opportunity to meet the needs of the client and employer (Job carving)

4. Application & Interview Process

Assistance with resume preparation, cover letter and submitting job applications

5. Job Onboarding

Guidance with employment related responsibilities such as payroll, insurance, benefits, workplace safety and accommodations

6. Onsite Coaching

On-site assistance with learning tasks, understanding the work culture and appropriate work behaviors


7. Goals Reached

Providing regular follow-ups with the employer, the participant, the participant’s family and/or other authorized representatives to ensure continued success
